Victoria lay on the hospital bed, looking as pale as a ghost. She wiped away her tears and glanced up at William.

"How are those people?" she asked, her voice barely a whisper.

Caught off guard, William paused for a moment before saying, "Don't worry. I messed them up pretty bad to get back at them for you."

Victoria's eyes widened in surprise, but then she felt a wave of gratitude. She knew William did it for her, and she felt a rush of appreciation for his protection.

"Did you hand them over to the police?" Victoria asked again.

William hesitated. He tried to change the subject. "How are you feeling now? Does the wound still hurt?" he asked.

Victoria sensed something was off, her eyes narrowing in suspicion. "You didn't hand them over to the police? Do you know who sent them?" she pressed.

William stayed silent, unsure of what to say. He did know who was behind it, but he didn't want Victoria to find out.

"Answer me!" Victoria's voice grew louder, her emotions getting the best of her. "Are you trying to protect the person who did this?"

William's silence only confirmed her suspicions. "Tell me who it is! I'll handle it myself!" she demanded.

William frowned and snapped, "Enough already! You weren't that badly hurt. Just let it go."

Victoria stared at him in disbelief. "Let it go? I almost..."

Her eyes filled with tears, and she trembled as if reliving the trauma. "I almost jumped from the twenty-something floor, and you want me to let it go? Why?"

William's heart skipped a beat, a flicker of guilt flashing in his eyes. But then he got angry. His face darkened, and he sneered, "Who do you think you are? You're just a whore who'd do anything for money! Acting all high and mighty?"

His words cut through Victoria like a knife. Her face went even paler, her eyes wide with shock and pain. She couldn't believe William would say something like that. But then those awful memories came flooding back.

Yes, she had sold herself to William for money. It was out of necessity, but it was still true. She felt exposed, like everyone could see her shame.

"You'd do anything for money. Who knows if you were out hooking yesterday?" William's words grew nastier, a cruel smile on his lips. "So dirty."

His words felt like a slap, making Victoria's face burn as if it had been slashed open.

Without thinking, Victoria slapped him, catching William off guard. "Your words are outrageous!" she cried, her voice shaking with despair, her face even paler. William's face darkened, his eyes burning with anger and disgust.

Victoria, Alvin's daughter, the one who caused so much pain, dared to slap William? In a flash, William's hatred for Victoria surged like a tidal wave.

"Victoria, you're getting way out of line!" William snarled through clenched teeth. He grabbed her wrist and flipped her over, pinning her down on the bed. His bloodshot eyes bore into hers, radiating aggression.

"William, let go of me!" Victoria screamed in pain.

But William seemed deaf to her cries. His eyes were filled with a dark desire and impulse. His anger had taken over, and now he just wanted to vent.

William's hands started roaming over Victoria's body, roughly caressing her slender figure. Victoria endured the intense pain, struggling and resisting. But against an enraged and irrational William, she felt powerless.

She felt his hands moving over her, each touch sending a shiver through her, a mix of pain and an unbearable sensation.

She cried and begged, "No, please let me go!"

Her pleas only seemed to excite William more. He roughly tore off her hospital gown, exposing her breasts. He leaned down, kissing her shoulders, gently nibbling on her delicate skin.

The tingling sensation seeped into Victoria's bones, making her shiver involuntarily. Her body trembled more visibly, and the places where William kissed and nibbled also shook.

She tried to turn her neck to avoid his kisses, but William didn't give her a chance to escape. He grabbed her jaw, forcing her mouth open, and his tongue slipped inside.

A painful moan escaped from Victoria's throat. She felt a surge of heat, making her feel ashamed and unable to control it.

William took advantage, moving forward with his assault. He greedily sucked on her, like a child savoring a treat. Victoria struggled desperately, her legs kicking at his chest, trying to break free.

Victoria involuntarily contracted her body, a flush appearing on her pale face. She tightly clamped her legs around his waist, trying to prevent him from invading her most private area.

"William, stop!" Victoria suddenly screamed, her legs loosening.
