"I'm Michael's wife. Where is he?" Isabella was pressed for time and didn't want to waste it on irrelevant people.

"Wife?" The receptionist burst into laughter. "Ma'am, you might want to get your facts straight about Mr. Brown's personal life before coming here. Mr. Brown's wife just went upstairs with breakfast. Who exactly are you?"

"Breakfast?" Isabella let out a cold laugh.

She didn't need to think to know who it was.

Michael had begged her not to divorce him yesterday, and today he was entangled with Bianca at the office.

She wanted to see just how shameless he could be.

Ignoring the shouts behind her, Isabella walked straight into the CEO's private elevator.

The receptionist called security to chase after her, but Aaron, the assistant, arrived just in time.

He quickly stopped the security guards and coldly reprimanded the two receptionists, "Are you out of your minds? How dare you stop Mrs. Brown?"

Hearing Aaron's words, the two receptionists turned pale with fear.

They were done for.

They had mistaken Bianca, who had gone upstairs with breakfast, for Michael's wife, not realizing that Isabella was the real Mrs. Brown.

Their earlier remarks had likely cost them their jobs.

Aaron hurried to catch up with Isabella, not forgetting to send a message to Michael.

He informed him that Isabella was here.

She would be at his office in five minutes.

As Michael's assistant and subordinate, this was all he could do.

Michael received the message promptly, glanced at it, and his expression remained unchanged.

Only the slight curve of his lips indicated his good mood.

It seemed his words from yesterday had worked.

Isabella still couldn't bear to let him go.

"Michael, I made these desserts this morning. Try them and see if you like them." Seeing that Michael's mood had improved, Bianca seized the opportunity and walked over to him with a piece of dessert.

She had deliberately chosen a form-fitting dress that accentuated her figure.

A slight bend was enough to showcase her alluring curves.

Michael was focused on his phone and didn't respond, so Bianca boldly sat on his lap.

Isabella pushed the door open just in time to see this. "If you're in such a hurry, why not get a room at the hotel next door? Or do you find it more thrilling to have an audience?" She stood there, coldly mocking.

Michael looked over, reaching for the dessert in her hand. "If you want to watch, I don't mind."

Bianca was thrilled and tried to get closer to Michael, but he moved forward, leaving her perched on the armrest.

However, the fact that he ate what she made said it all.

Looking at the defeated Isabella, Bianca said smugly, "Isabella, what are you doing here? I heard Daniel was brought from the countryside for treatment. If you keep opposing Michael, you might not even get the medical bills."

Bianca's eyes were full of pride.

Isabella might be Mrs. Brown, but Michael's heart belonged to her.

Whoever had Michael's heart was the ultimate winner.

Isabella ignored Bianca. She was here for serious business with Michael.

Otherwise, she would have taken a picture of the scene just now and used it as evidence in court.

She strode to the desk in her high heels, exuding confidence, and threw her limited-edition handbag onto the table.

She coldly looked at Bianca. "Do you have any right to speak here? Your mother wasn't satisfied being a mistress, so you took over for her?"

"Isabella, you..." Bianca wanted to retort but didn't dare reveal her true nature in front of Michael.

"What do you mean, 'you'? You're so cheap, clinging to someone else's husband like a free toy, and you feel proud of it." Isabella said.

Bianca's eyes reddened with anger, but all she could say was, "Isabella, this is Michael's office. At least act with some decorum and not like a shrew, okay?"

Michael hated people who spoke crudely.

So for years, she had always been elegant and gentle in front of him, making Isabella's rustic manners even more apparent.

Isabella laughed. "If I'm a shrew, then what are you? A slut who seduces other women's husbands?"

Bianca's palms were almost bleeding from her nails digging in, and she was seething with hatred.

She was the daughter of the Taylor Family, groomed with millions of dollars from a young age, the most famous piano prodigy in Evergreen City, and Michael's ex-girlfriend.

How could she stoop to arguing with a country bumpkin like Isabella?

It was utterly disgraceful.

She stood up and looked pitifully at Michael. "Michael, it's all my fault. I shouldn't have come at this time."

She hoped Michael would back her up.

But Michael didn't even lift his eyes.

Bianca bit her lip and glanced at the handbag Isabella had placed on the table. Not only was it a limited edition, but it was also the last work of a famous designer, worth millions of dollars.

Looking at her own bag, which was only worth a few hundred thousand dollars, Bianca didn't feel envious because she knew Isabella couldn't afford such a bag.

There was only one in Evergreen City, bought by a wealthy tycoon.

Bianca disdainfully looked away, convinced Isabella's bag was a fake.

She turned to Michael. "Michael, I have a piano recital in a few days. I'll go prepare for it."

Michael, sitting in his chair, only looked at Isabella. When he heard Bianca was leaving, he nodded slightly.

As Bianca walked past Isabella, she said, "Isabella, I know you like these designer bags, but you should live within your means. Try not to carry fake ones around."

With that, Bianca walked out.

She didn't give Isabella a chance to respond.

Isabella was speechless. How dare Bianca question the authenticity of her bag?

But she couldn't be bothered to explain to Bianca.

She had carried a canvas bag for three years of marriage and never felt anything about it.

It was just a bag.

"Now, let's talk about our business." Isabella pulled out a chair and sat directly across from Michael.

Her coat was open, revealing a sexy black silk tight skirt underneath, adding to Isabella's cold and alluring aura.

Michael felt that Isabella surprised him every time they met.

He suddenly remembered something, and a meaningful smile appeared on his lips. "In three years of marriage, this is the first time you've come to see me."

Isabella frowned, not understanding why Michael was bringing this up.

She wasn't here to discuss that. "Hand over Sean, and you can name your terms!"

Michael placed his hands on the table, his eyes deep as the ocean. "Haven't I made my terms clear?"
