Harper, who had just left the house, was still cursing loudly. Bianca, sitting nearby, couldn't hold back any longer. "Shut up! Do you think I haven't been embarrassed enough today?"
Harper's face stiffened, but she eventually closed her mouth.

She gripped her phone tightly, silently vowing.

Michael sat up straight, his face displeased. "Tell them I'm not accepting any interviews. Have security kick them out. If they don't listen, call the police!"
As Aaron left, a call from Aiden back home came in.
"What did I tell you? Didn't I ask you to speak nicely to Isabella? How did it end up in court?" Aiden's voice was full of vigor, and he could have scolded Michael for half an hour without getting tired.

"Grandpa, I've done everything I could," Michael said, his voice much lower.
