I clicked my tongue in disapproval.
Pulling out my phone, I snapped pictures of her from every angle without mercy.
"Oh dear, this is the only outfit I have on. If I give it to you, what will I wear? I'm not as bold as you, going commando like this."
Seeing the fury in Mia Lowell's eyes, I quickly added, "Don't worry, I'll find someone to help you."
I took a deep breath and shouted down the empty hallway, "Someone come quick! There's a woman here without any clothes! Is there anyone kind enough to lend her something to wear?"
My loud voice attracted attention from those who hadn't noticed before.
Within moments, dozens of people rushed out to see what was happening.
Their stares burned into Mia like laser beams, pushing her to the brink of collapse.
The older woman who had been confronting Mia received a phone call.
"Oh my, young lady, my apologies. I got the wrong person. My husband's mistress is on the fourth floor, not the third."

With that, she dusted off her hands and walked away.
She left Mia lying there exposed for everyone to see.
Finally, Mia struggled to her feet.
Covering her face, she ran back to her room.
She left behind a crowd of curious onlookers.

I was in excellent spirits.
