Isabella's response was a cold laugh, "Mr. Brown, you really have a poor memory. Who in the entire business world doesn't know that the Brown Group always suppresses the Wilson Group! Using the influence of Evergreen City to pressure major corporations just to snatch projects from me, I must say, you have quite the tactics."

From the moment the island project began, Michael had been curious about the Wilson Family heir.

Now that he saw her, she was exactly as he had imagined.

As soon as Isabella left the hotel, she was picked up by a discreet black business car.

Her voice changed from the cold tone earlier to her usual one, "Thomas, please help me!"

"Isabella, what's wrong?" Thomas had always been adoring Isabella.

"My identity might have been discovered by Michael. Can you find someone to cover it up for me? It's best if Michael doesn't find out anything." Isabella said.

Thomas quickly agreed, "Got it. If Michael wants to investigate your background, let him dream on!"

Isabella finally sighed inrelief.

She then had someone quickly take her back to the Brown Villa; Michael wouldn't let this go easily.

He would definitely try every possible way to confirm she was Ms. Wilson.

She had just entered her room ten minutes ago when Michael followed closely behind.

The door was pushed open forcefully, and Michael called her name in a deep voice, "Isabella, come out!"

The entire room was empty.

Before Michael could call out a second time, Isabella, wrapped in a towel, pushed open the bathroom door.

Her hair was wet as she walked out, meeting Michael's furious gaze. "Michael, what are you thinking? I'm just taking a bath. If you don't want to stay here, go sleep in the guest room. Don't disturb my rest."

Michael's eyes were sharp, as if he wanted to see through her completely.

The same figure, the same features.

But he couldn't pinpoint what felt off. Michael couldn't help but compare the Isabella he had just seen at the hotel with the one in front of him now.

He was certain that the person in front of him was Isabella; her mannerisms and speech were different from the one earlier.

Could he really be overthinking it?

He narrowed his eyes, took a long stride towards Isabella, and pinned her against the wall, staring into her eyes as he asked, "Should I call you Isabella or Ms. Wilson?"

Michael watched Isabella's reaction closely.

But she didn't show a hint of panic.

She was as calm as if she had heard a stranger's name.

"If you're looking for someone else, go find them outside. Get out of my sight." Isabella's tone was indifferent, not taking it seriously at all.

Michael's face darkened, "Are you really not the Ms. Wilson?"

Hearing this, Isabella let out a cold laugh, as if she had heard an joke, her lips curling into a mocking smile, "Michael, what makes you think I look like Ms. Wilson? Even if I were a lady from the Wilson family, would I stay by your side, enduring your neglect for three years without complaint?"

Isabella took a deep breath, stood on her tiptoes, and met Michael's gaze, the two of them so close there was almost no distance between them.

Michael didn't expect her to be so angry, feeling guilty, he took two steps back.

Isabella was used to his reaction; it would be strange if he didn't back off.

After all, he didn't like her.

How could he tolerate her getting close?

Isabella smirked self-deprecatingly, turned, and went into the walk-in closet. She had left in a hurry last time, so there were still many of her clothes inside.

Now they were just right for her to wear.

Just as she was about to close the door to change, a large hand blocked it, and Michael stood in front of her.

"What do you want?" Isabella's face was cold, her tone devoid of any emotion.

"I want an explanation, or you admit that you're not her!"

A different kind of emotion flashed in his eyes, "Fine, then explain everything that's happened recently, what you've done, and make it clear to me!"

He had lost patience waiting to find out her information; he wanted her to say it herself.
