He stared intently at her.

Noah Watson's documents suddenly slipped from his hands.
He bent down hurriedly to pick them up.
Adrian shot him a cold glance.
"Didn't eat?"
"Can't even hold papers properly."
Noah apologized repeatedly.

Muttering about his bad luck.
Today was just not his day.
He had caught the boss in a terrible mood.

"Work matters."

"Stay where you are."

"Adrian, my parents are in New York."
"They want to see you."
"Let's have dinner tonight."

He walked behind his desk and sat down.
"I'm busy."

"You would definitely come."

"If you really can't make it."
"I'll explain to Grandpa."
