"My cooking is average, but I can help wash the vegetables."
Anna Ross walked into the kitchen.
It was as cold and sparse as the living room.
Only the most basic cookware was present.

The sound of running water instantly filled the kitchen.
Anna carefully washed the ingredients.
The vegetables didn't look very fresh.

Then he took the washed vegetables and began chopping.
He prepared all the ingredients with practiced ease.

"That's too much salt!"

He uncorked the wine bottle.

"I can't drink."

"This wine has a very low alcohol content."

The sweet, refreshing taste was relaxing.

"Don't drink too quickly."
He handed her the fork and knife.
"Have some food first."
